Budget Rental Car has an office on site at the Airport which makes booking a rental car and returning it easy. We’ve used them before we found Olympic Rental Car which now we use because they usually have better deals. Check with them first.
We will be providing a “bus” type taxi to transport people around the island to and from our scheduled events, however having a rental car may provide you with some additional freedom to get around the island on your own.
